Estimated delivery times provided on our store are guidelines, not guaranteed dates. Orla Vibe is not liable for delay caused by customs processing, local postal carrier delays, or unforeseen logistical events beyond our control.

• 14-Day EU Right of Withdrawal: In accordance with European Union consumer legislation, customers residing in Portugal and the EU have the legal right to return or cancel their order within 14 calendar days of delivery without providing justification, provided products remain unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

• Exceptions: Opened beauty/cosmetic items, hygiene-sensitive products (pierced jewelry with broken seals), and clearance items cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.

Certain content, products, and services available via our store may include materials from third parties (such as Shopify apps, payment gateways like Stripe/PayPal/Multibanco, and logistics carriers).
